If you are looking to reserve the clubhouse for a private or community event, please check the calendar below to see if the date is available.  Reservation requests are on a first come/first serve basis and only one rental per day will be accommodated.

Calendar Reservation Key:
  • "TENTATIVE - PRIVATE RENTAL", this date will be held for 7 business days pending receipt of rental agreement and fees.  No other reservations will be taken for this date during this time period.  Please feel free to check back to see if this date becomes "confirmed" or is released and available again. 

  • "CONFIRMED - PRIVATE RENTAL", the rental agreement and fees have been received and the date is no longer available.
Please note that as per the rental agreement, "any reservation payments not received within 7 business days may be rejected/cancelled and the requested “Clubhouse” date released.

RESERVATION REQUESTS MUST BE MADE A MINIMUM OF 10 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO RENTAL DATE.
